Inner structure of fiber optic splice closure:

1 , Braced shelves: the main part of the internal component.

2 , Fiber optic fixing device: used for fixing fiber cable to the base or fixing strengthen member of optical fiber cable. First, there is internal fixing device for strengthen member of the optical fiber cable; second there is fixing clamp for fiber cable; third there are heat shrinkable tube to fix the input/output cable with the closure.

3, Fiber placing, cycling and storage device: is able to sequentially store optical fiber connector and the remaining fiber, the remaining optical fiber length should not be less than 1 meter, radius of the remaining cycling fiber is not less than 35mm. Wherein,the capacity is large enough when the fiber storage tray is with maximum four layers, and the fiber cassette can be adjusted according to the number of connected fiber cores.

4, Fiber joint protection: after the heat shrinkable protective sleeve is placed in the fiber tray, it can be fixed by clamp or fixed by silica gel.

5, Sealing fiber cable with the fiber splice closure, use sandpaper to grind the joint point of the fiber optic cable and the fiber splice joint closure ( cable inlet) , clean the polishing place with detergent, then paste aluminum foil, and placed the heat shrinkable tube on the cable input, use blowtorch to heat the tube from middle to both ends and heat the shrinkable tube slowly until it is completely shrink.
